Le cabinet est à la recherche d #39;un avocat qui désire travailler sur des dossiers de haut niveau, offrant des cas complexes et qui désire se joindre à une équipe dynamique. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Supporter les associés et sociétaires plus sénior sur des dossiers de litiges commerciaux généraux, sur la responsabilité du fabricant, les recours collectifs, etc. pour autant de grandes institutions bien établies que certaines grandes PME.
EXIGENCES
  • Tous les candidats doivent être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
  • 2 à 4 ans d #39;expérience en litige civil et commercial acquise dans un grand cabinet d #39;avocats ou dans une organisation de premier plan.
  • De l’expérience en procès et avec des avocats de la partie adverse est essentielle.
  • Une attitude positive, une orientation vers l #39;équipe et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Le ou la candidat(e) doit être parfaitement bilingue, tant à l #39;oral qu #39;à l #39;écrit.

  • To support and collaborate with senior associate and partners on general commercial litigation files, product liability, class action matters, etchfor well established institutions and SMEs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • All applicants must be in good standing with the Barreau du Québec.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation practice experience acquired at a major law firm or top tier organization.
  • Experience with proceedings and dealings with opposing counsel is essential.
  • A positive attitude, a team orientation, and an ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • The candidate must be perfectly bilingual, both oral and written.
