Bow Valley Livestock Health Clinic Administrator/BookkeeperBrief DescriptionBow Valley Livestock Health’s focus is helping farmers raise healthy, productive cattle and educating clients through the process. We strive to provide the best possible service because that is who we are as people and that is what our clients need and deserve. We are looking for someone whose core values align with ours and who can support, not only the wellbeing of cattle, but the wellbeing of their fellow co-workers. The position of part-time Administrator/Bookkeeper consists of being responsible for clinic bookkeeping and supporting front-end office staff.Tasks

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Bank runs/office errands
  • Manage Vendor accounts
  • Answer phone calls/emails
  • Small-scale Human Resource duties
  • Navigate communication between employees and managers
  • Manage office duties and supplies
  • Schedule meetings/appointments
  • Organize team building/staff socials/employee gifts
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bookkeeping proficient (Quickbooks Online an asset)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel/Adobe/Word proficient
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in technology

Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: $22.00-$30.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
