On behalf of our client in Burnaby, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Program Manager (Voice Implementation) to join our client’s team.Our valued client is developing a managed voice program for several Health Organizations. Key to the initiative is developing the framework for delivering a managed voice, establishing program governance, identifying and maintaining organization priorities, supporting the development of communications requirements, and developing delivery roadmaps in consideration of funding, resources, change readiness, and technical constraints.Aligning program delivery with the implementation strategy and the roadmap is a key priority for successful program enablement. The role will advance and oversee the completion of multiple voice implementation projects and delivery outcomes by partnering with a managed service provider(s) to achieve the future state operating model. Program development and delivery efforts performed under this initiative will be guided by complex governance structures requiring clinical, business, and operational leadership engagement and sponsorship. The successful candidate will be expected to form and lead these governance structures in alignment with technology planning and delivery and health organization standards and practices.Services Required: An expert-level Program Manager is required to:
