We also offer paid vacation time, sick/personal days and fully paid benefits after 3 months’ probation (Life, Accidental Deathamp; Disability, Short and Long-Term Disability, Extended Health, Dental, Employee Assistance Program and RRSP Program with company matching your contributions, up to 3% of your salary).The OEM Data Admin is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of various data withinOperations while simultaneously analyzing and maintaining data integrity within the company’s standard systems. This position will successfully support the ongoing and changing operational requirements of the OEM department. The OEM Data Admin will be working within a team environment to assist with ERP and CRM activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Operational support as required to all team members within the OEM department
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Enter and process Sales Orders
  • Schedule distribution Sales Orders based on Operational parameters
  • Enter and maintain Customer Master records
  • Verify and maintain serial numbers
  • Respond to order fulfillment inquires from Sales team
  • Coordinate order requirements with other internal departments
  • Work in conjunction with team members in other facilities to support customer order requirements
  • Document and maintain department procedures
  • Any additional duties as required

  • Highly accurate data entry skill
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Operational processes
  • Previous experience with OEM processes an asset
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and information
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent oral, written and listening skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Flexible in taking on new tasks to support new processes or procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision when required
