Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Coquitlam CNC Machining facility responsible for on-time delivery, quality, and operations.Responsibilities include:

  • Estimating and raising orders.
  • Managing the customer relationships.
  • Process improvement.
  • Managing quality control and production.
  • Supporting and mentoring employees.
  • Other duties as required.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Experience managing people.
  • Experience working in a custom job shop is an asset.
  • Red Seal machinist or equivalent, primary experience with aluminum.
  • Experience working directly with customers, including estimating and sales.
  • Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles or other manufacturing best practices.
