Partner Staffing is currently working with our client who is seeking a Business Development Project Manager in either the commercial, industrial, oilamp; gas and or government construction sectors. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, project management expertise, and industry knowledge to foster growth and ensure the seamless execution of construction projects.RequirementsBusiness Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, oilamp; gas, government construction sectors.Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet company growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent communication to clients and stakeholders.Financial Management:Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms.Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project performance and profitability.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the industrial, oilamp; gas or government construction sectors.Proven track record of successfully closing and awarding of construction projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management.
