You ensure proper safety policies and procedures are followed; and you actively participate in health & safety initiatives, taking a lead role in safety optimization in the drive towards zero incidents
• Ability to Work with Excel. SAP, OSI PI, and Power BI

As the ideal incumbent, you will:

• Oversee, Develops, organizes, and maintains list of centerlines, Recipes. Setting Targets and ranges within the Centerlines for processing and packaging.
• Maintain Defect Logger. Track and support defect log reviews with each department.
• Maintain and develop work instructions, One point lessons and BOP’s
• Based on information shared at DDS meetings; and on current tracking system; liaison with mechanical and electrical coaches to ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Must have a positive attitude while conducting work
• Hold accountability for the communication with employees, as well as management on any changes made to BOP’s or Centerlines
• Develop talent and support Training
• Work closely with management and team members to achieve production goals
• Additional duties that may be assigned

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Grade 12 or GED mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently using effective time management and organizational skills
