Thats why were dedicated to investing in our employees’ potential, so that they can reach their career goals.Job DescriptionWhat you can expect in a typical day:This role is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our customers through troubleshooting and performing diagnostic activities in regard to service equipment within established policies and procedures.Your roles and responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for marshaling in aircraft to the FBO location. Providing visual guidance to pilots, instructions on where to turn, slow, stop etc.
  • Responsible for all ground services required by aircraft such as air stairs, hook up for lavatory, water, and power services to the aircraft.
  • Transportation of passengers, as needed, to/from area hotels.
  • Responsible to refuel aircraft according to standard procedure. Must maintain highest standard of training, remaining up to date on refueling methods of most current aircraft.
  • Complete quality control testing on all products (in trucks and tank farm) at predefined intervals. Maintain certification to conduct quality control testing.
  • Responsible for aircraft de/anti –icing application. This includes driving and fluid application as well as system controls and operation. Following procedure so application is done in a safe and environmentally conscience way.
  • Responsible for snow removal in the immediate vicinity of the FBO location to ensure safe movement for customers and employees.
  • This position is responsible to keep the FBO facility neat and clean, as well as perform light maintenance as required
  • This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance FBO efficiency

Education and experience
  • Secondary education necessary- High School or Equivalent
  • Must pass Federal Security Clearance and requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license - Class 3 & 4 preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
  • Requires candidate to obtain Radio Operator Certificate, in-house training provided
