We are seeking a number of talented maintenance leaders for lucrative, permanent foreman opportunities with our client in Contrecoeur, Quebec.The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for overseeing maintenance staff in day to day operations, acting as hands-on leaders to ensure the plant is in safe working order 24/7. They will work with the Director of Maintenance to develop, plan, and execute maintenance projects, ensure preventative/predictive maintenance is being carried out according to schedule, and develop & enforce safety policy.The Foreman will be a hands-on leader, so this role will also involve actively responding to breakdowns, troubleshooting and identifying appropriate solutions. We are looking for individuals with strong decision making & problem solving abilities, candidates who can think on their feet and are happy to jump in and get their hands dirty whenever necessary.Qualified individuals will have at least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience within a relevant mid-heavy industrial environment. Our client is in the aggregate processing space, so we are looking for individuals with a background in concrete, minerals, or similar; essentially any environment involving extensive crushing & screening equipment.A millwright or heavy duty mechanic trade qualification would be highly advantageous, some prior leadership experience is desirable.Are you a maintenance professional looking to take your career to the next level Apply today
