Job Description

Job DescriptionArcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA). You will manage the delivery of projects to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets. You will manage all aspects of the client relationship so that delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Typical project types could include large-scale transit or transportation projects, through an Alternative Delivery Method or traditional Design Bid Build projects. Lead Stakeholder Engagement activities and support project leads and key project staff in areas such as:

  • Project management and project and document controls support
  • Building and managing stakeholder relationships with key stakeholder groups including municipalities, provincial agencies, transit agencies, utilities etc
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications support tasks including:
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and tactical delivery plans
  • Communicate stakeholder requirements across multidisciplinary technical teams (client and internal project)
  • Monitor, analyze and action feedback from stakeholders
  • Track, coordinate and manage project tasks to support the clients and team lead
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, working groups, meetings and focus groups that may be delivered in person, virtual and/or using hybrid methods
  • Maintaining an overview of the commercial aspects of the project (contract, invoicing, debt, client management
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Support change management activities on projects as they arise, including but not limited to, development of change management strategies, plans and tactics
  • Support operational readiness activities on projects as they arise
  • Ensuring you are familiar and compliant with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines
