Sounds Exciting Join usAs an Account Manager you occupy a strategic position with the business units you represent. Your knowledge of process industries allows you to influence professional users and decision makers and face high levels of difficulty. Your ability to explain the value of our high-end offering makes you a leading player in the sale of engineering products and solutions for existing accounts. You are determined, organized, persevering, honest and results oriented.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • You proactively work to discover and generate unidentified needs for your customers, so you have an impact on the optimization and reliability of their plant.
  • Knowing your customer’s current and future ambitions and capital investment projects, you will make reliable forecasts of the revenues to be generated
  • You leverage additional internal expertise to reinforce the value Laurentide Controls has to offer.
  • By creating long-lasting relationships with customers, you will be their go-to person for all issues related to the optimization and reliability of their plants and operations.
  • Your thorough understanding of the growth initiative to be pursued, will allow you to develop innovative strategies, generate leads and qualify development opportunities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the industrial B2B market.
  • Strong ability in account management.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience in industrial applications.
  • Bilingualism written and spoken (English and French).
  • Willing and able to travel with no restrictions.
  • Curious, adept at learning new technologies.
  • Ability to develop and cultivate lasting business relationships.
  • Exercise influential leadership.
  • An analytical, problem-solving, and strategic mindset that applies to all scopes of projects and issues.
  • Highly motivated and innovative with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Customer-centric mindset, making customers and their needs a primary focus.
  • Mining and Metal industry knowledge would be an asset
