You have a special interest to evolve in a technical environment.If you enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues while having the ownership of the customer journey from the order until the point of delivery this position awaits you.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLECustomer quotation and orders
  • Support our outside sales team with customer requests and after sales service
  • Assist the insides sales team in the preparation of quotes, quote follow-ups and in managing purchase orders through our ERP/CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure that procurement and production deadlines are met.
Operations management
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines while demonstrating the ability to be creative to get customers what they need.
  • At ease in an evolving digital environment.
  • Provide clear communication with internal and external customers. This includes using our business system to provide clear and complete information to Laurentide teams such as operations, sales and administration.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • D.E.C. in Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, good listener
  • Collaborative, desire to succeed, customer-focused
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
