Sounds Exciting Join usThe reliability technician performs condition monitoring technical analysis, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and oil analysis. He will be involved in programs aimed at detecting failures, improving the availability and performance of assets.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Perform vibration, thermographic and ultrasonic measurements on industrial equipment.
  • Perform oil collections for condition analysis.
  • Perform data analysis using software and document the results.
  • Develop reports and make technical recommendations and interact with clients.
  • Perform precision corrective work including dynamic balancing, laser and geometric alignment in industrial plants.
  • Work on implementation programs and improvement of plant reliability (lubrication program and optimization of preventive maintenance).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance
  • Experience is an asset but not mandatory
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in the clients’ best interest.
  • Professional attitude, ease in communicating with people, autonomy and initiative
  • Ability to communicate in French and functional English
  • Able to write concise and meaningful reports that ensure understanding of recommendations
  • Available to travel within Eastern Canada
  • Computer skills, Windows & MS Office environment
