Location: North America, Canada, KirklandRef: INTERCONNECTNA00682Division: Smiths InterconnectJob Function: SalesJob DescriptionHybrid work ...home and office schedule.The Inside Sales Specialist will be working directly with the sales organization to meet and surpass sales and revenue targets as set by the company. This will be a role specific to the Fiber Optics product line so electronics experience would be helpful (but not required).

  • Respond to internal and external quotes requests and help the sales organization to convert to orders
  • Liaise with operations, purchasing, shipping department personnel and customers
  • Proactively address customer issues and make sure they are closed to the customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide weekly and monthly Sales Reports
  • Manage company’s Salesforce CRM and ERP system
  • Manage Sales Safety Stock inventory and replenishment
DESCRIPTION DU POSTELe spécialiste des ventes internes travaillera directement avec lorganisation des ventes pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes et de revenus fixés par lentreprise. Il sagira dun rôle spécifique à la ligne de produits Fibre Optique, donc une expérience en électronique serait utile (mais pas obligatoire).
  • Répondre aux demandes de devis internes et externes et aider l’organisation des ventes pour les convertir en commandes.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les opérations, les achats, le personnel du service dexpédition et les clients
  • Traiter de manière proactive les problèmes des clients et sassurer quils sont résolus à la satisfaction du client
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients
  • Fournir des rapports de vente hebdomadaires et mensuels
  • Gérer le système Salesforce CRM et le système ERP de lentreprise
  • Gérer le stock de sécurité des ventes et le réapprovisionnement
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the sales organization by reviewing, managing and qualify incoming leads which are generated through events (trade shows, conference, speaking engagements) web requests and emails
  • Work with Smiths Interconnect marketing group to generate list of potential prospects for specific industries, markets or sectors using company prospects database, mass emailing, publication in specialized magazines and other lead generation tools; qualified and transfer these leads to responsible AM and reps.
  • Research client base to find existing and new types of customers and sell to them accordingly
  • Technically incline, keep him (her)self inform of the company line of products, market and competition
  • Become fluent in the company processes and reporting including sales (CRM, Sales Production Forecast, pipeline and others), production (ERP)
  • Responsible for all marketing activities and sales events for the company (trade shows, speaking engagements, conference, meetings, client visits, webex etc.)
  • Co-ordinating marketing/sales campaigns with Smiths Interconnect marketing group
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Rechercher la base de clients pour trouver les types de clients existants et nouveaux et leur vendre en conséquence
  • Avoir un penchant pour la technique, se tenir informé de la gamme de produits de lentreprise, du marché et de la concurrence
  • Maîtriser les processus et les rapports de lentreprise, notamment les ventes (CRM, prévisions de production des ventes, pipeline et autres) et la production (ERP)
  • Responsable de toutes les activités de marketing et des événements commerciaux de lentreprise (salons professionnels, conférences, réunions, visites de clients, WebEx, etc.)
  • Coordination des campagnes de marketing/vente avec le groupe de marketing de Smiths Interconnect

  • Minimum 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Good communication skills in both French and English highly preferred
  • Experience managing sales tools including Salesforce CRM and ERP systems
  • Proficient in all MS Office application. Strong MS Excel skills is an asset
  • Experience with managing a customer account base
  • Strong time organizational skills and attention to detail
