Job Description

Job DescriptionDescription of the role :Prepare, implement and administer a preventive maintenance program (GMAO). Coordinate various tasks related to equipment and preventive maintenance. Distribute tasks to the maintenance team and contractors. Follow up with the internal team and external suppliers.Description of the tasks :

  • Prepare, implement and administer a preventive maintenance program (GMAO).
  • Coordinate the various works related to the preventive maintenance of equipment and buildings via the internal team and contractors.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to the maintenance team and various contractors.
  • Follow up on the open work.
  • Order and control the inventory of parts
Job RequirementsQualifications :
  • Three (3) years experience with a GMAO system (an asset).
  • Two (2) years experience in a coordinator position (an asset).
  • Motivated, proactive and committed.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Thoroughness and discipline.
  • Excellent skills with the Office suite and the Internet.
