Les principales tâches consisteront à faire le suivi des expéditions maritimes, à préparer la documentation et le manifeste des documents d’importation pour les douanes, à établir les coûts et la facturation et à communiquer avec les Clients, les Transporteurs et les Agents.COORDONNATEUR DES IMPORTATIONS MARITIMESExigences :

  • 2+ ans d’expérience dans les démarches d’importation internationale
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Attention aux détails
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral
  • Personnalité extravertie ; plein d’énergie ; flexible
  • Excellente attitude et désir de travailler fort tout en s’amusant!

Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, du Lundi au Vendredi de 8h30 à 17h00.Traffic Tech reste conforme à toutes les directives fédérales et provinciales de la COVID.En plus dune connaissance de la langue française, ce rôle nécessite la maîtrise de la langue anglaise en raison des tâches à effectuer.   • Track/ trace ocean shipments;
  • Prepare documentation and manifest of import paperwork for customs
  • Communicate with clients, carriers and agents.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English
