Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a operations assistant will process requests for services via the creation of leads and contracts on our CRM software. They will assist in scheduling appointments for members of the Sales team.   • Daily Tasks
  • Review timesheets daily;
  • Booking DB appointments;
  • Producing DB daily email & weekly plan;
  • Updating MWF;
  • Assistance on lawn & garden to-dos;
  • Ensure accuracy & up-to-date-’ness’ of mechanic reports;
  • Code all fleet paperwork and DB-paperwork;
  • Manage input of data on recall spreadsheet as required;
  • Ordering & coordinating DB materials;
  • Ensuring accuracy of job costing file;
  • Updating Fleet Access file
  • Weekly Tasks
  • Ordering of consumables and fleet parts
  • Snow Removal
  • Customer support during snow events
  • Special Projects
  • Lawn & Garden renewals during winter months
QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent.DEC in Administration or other relevant education is an asset.Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)Previous 2 years experience in administrationMust be friendly, proactive, outgoing and have the desire to find solutions for customers at all timesMust be able to adapt to new technology and learn quicklyMust be a Microsoft Office expert (Office, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience working with Google Suite, LMN and/or Follosoft is an asset.Green industry experience is a plus!If interested in this opportunity or know someone who would be a good fit.
