Sounds Exciting Join usYou are adventurous, you love to learn, you need a challenge and want to kick-start your career from the get-go. As a reliability engineer, you will have a strategic role with our customers: you will participate in increasing the availability of their equipment and will be a key player in consolidating their maintenance management processes.You will also be integrated into an in-house training and mentoring program to complement your knowledge of industrial reliability. This program will ultimately allow you to claim CMRP certification (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Deploy the use of predictive maintenance technologies in the factory (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound) and monitor the resulting corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement complete lubrication programs: quantity and frequency lubrication calculations, identification of the necessary hardware, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
  • Participate in factory shutdown activities.
  • Provide support to senior engineers in the management of global reliability projects.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • DEC in an equivalent discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Expertise in the use of one or more predictive maintenance technologies is an asset.
  • Known for your technical rigor.
  • Recognized for your ability to listen to customer needs
  • Able to travel 50-75% of the time to client sites (QC, NB, NS, NL, PEI)
  • Bilingual (French and English)
