Sounds Exciting Join usThe Technical Sales Specialist plays a strategic role within the Measure & Analyze Business Unit by exercising a strong influence with industrial customers who experience complex technical challenges. You are a key player in the sale of instrumentation products and solutions.Your knowledge of the industrial processes brings value to the sales team through your constant support during complex proposals. Laurentide operates in a highly competitive environment. Your expertise in process measurement applications and your keen interest in identifying and understanding customer needs, allows you to provide tailor-made solutions to industrial customers.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Your understanding of industries and industrial processes allows you to influence market penetration strategies.
  • You raise the level of technical expertise of the sales team so that they can, in turn, educate our customers on the positive impacts our measurement equipment will have on their productivity.
  • Your thorough analysis allows you to identify the pains and efficiency goals of your customers.
  • You advance your engineering solutions with conviction and promote the value of our products and services.
  • You are a key player in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Technical degree or bachelors degree (mechanical, chemical).
  • Technical expertise in Instrumentation.
  • Comfortable with sales cycles between 3 and 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in French and English.
