La durée du mandat s’étendra de mai à août 2023:Principales responsabilités :

• Structurer les sites de collaboration MS TEAMS : Marketing et Ventes/Marketing
• Soutenir le chef, Mobilisation des clients dans la coordination de la promotion, la conception Web et les stratégies de déploiement
• Aider à élaborer les programmes d’intégration et de formation et à planifier les ressources pour les équipes responsables des produits biosimilaires (employés sur le terrain)
• Coordonner et organiser la conférence d’automne et les commandites d’entreprise
• Mettre à jour le planificateur d’événements clés actuel et préparer les futurs événements (conférences, sensibilisation aux maladies, forums de contribution des experts, etc.)
• Contribuer à soutenir et à coordonner les études de marché et les consultations d’automne et d’hiver ainsi que la planification de l’année suivante
• Soutenir l’élaboration du plan de marketing stratégique et tactique de niveau 3 2023 pour l’année suivante
• Analyser le rendement de la marque à l’échelle nationale et provinciale pour mettre en évidence les secteurs présentant des possibilités de croissance ou à risque pour chaque marque de produits biosimilaires
• Contribuer à l’élaboration d’une analyse de l’environnement concurrentiel et à la création d’un centre de référence sur la concurrence pour la gamme de produits biosimilaires

Exigences de scolarité minimales

• Inscription à l’université, une année d’études universitaires terminée de préférence

Expérience et compétences requises

• Attitude positive et fort esprit de collaboration (aimer travailler en équipe)
• Aptitude à penser de façon stratégique, sens aigu des affaires et des finances
• Bon esprit d’analyse
• Être à l’aise avec la technologie (y compris Microsoft Office)
• Excellentes compétences en communication (à l’oral et à l’écrit)
• Bilinguisme de préférence

The term of this role is from May to August 2023.Primary Responsibilities:

• Structure MS TEAMS collaboration sites - MKTG and SALES/MKTG)
• Support CEM with promo coordination, web design and deployment strategy
• Help build onboarding & training curriculum and assets for biosim teams (Field Force)
• Coordinate and process Fall Conference and Corporate Sponsorships
• Update current and prepare future Key Events Planner (Conferences, Disease Awareness, EIFs, etc.)
• Help support and coordinate Fall/Winter MR/Consults and following year Planning
• Support L3 2023 strategic and tactical marketing plan development for the following year
• National & Provincial Brand Performance Analysis to highlight areas of opportunity for growth or at risk for each biosimilars brand
• Help develop a competitive environmental scan and build competition reference center for Biosimilar Franchise

Education Minimum Requirements:

• Registered to University, preferably at least 1 years of university completed

Required Experience and Skills:

• Positive attitude and strong collaborator (like to work as a team)
• Ability to think strategically with good Business and Financial acumen
• Good analytical skills
• At ease with technology (including Microsoft office)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bilingual preferred
