Job Description

Job DescriptionAs the Administrative Assistant for the Loss Prevention department, you will contribute to Laura’s success by providing support and ensuring proper coordination between the Loss Prevention Department, Head Office teams and stores.How will you support the team

  • Coordinate and account for all loss prevention equipment including keys and alarm systems.
  • Work with Construction team for new store locations and renovations.
  • Provide customer support to stores.
  • Provide administrative support to Loss Prevention Department with memos, emails, LP tips.
  • Maintain the Loss Prevention Manual.
  • Report on bi-annual store losses.
  • Maintain the log of LP incidents, thefts, internal and external.
  • Receive and review LP audits, control logs and incident reports.
  • Prepare analyses for audits.
