Position Overview: As the Systems Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization #39;s technical systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining infrastructure, optimizing operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning technical operations with organizational goals.This position reports directly to the COO.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems, particularly Procore, are aligned with organizational goals and needs
  • Monitor Procore system performance, analyze trends, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline operations within Procore and other systems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for Procore adoption and integration when appropriate
  • Provide insights into systems performance, improvements, and risks, with a specific focus on Procore
  • Create and maintain KPI, reports and dashboards for the operational and executive management teams
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in Procore systems and implement measures to enhance security
  • Conduct ongoing administration, support, and maintenance of the Procore platform
  • Provide end-user support services, guidance, and training for construction technologies in a responsive, effective, and efficient manner
  • Review, investigate, and resolve issues with the program through guides or Procore support
  • Ensure the compliance of the operational teams with company standards and procedures
  • Drive platform adoption and excitement within the organization by demonstrating the value of the tool and encouraging best practices while promoting company efficiency and providing continuous learning to increase the skillset of all internal personnel
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Training Center
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Other tasks related to project management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • DEC in administration, IT, construction engineering or any related education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a strong asset
  • Proficiency in Procore or other Project Management Software is considered a strong asset
  • Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems is considered an asset
  • Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
  • Patient and empathetic approach to interacting with others
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and change priorities
  • Requires meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
