Job Description

We are in the process of creating the leading network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics in the US. By providing our clinics with exceptional support from a top-notch leadership team, leading support services, and an iconic brand experience, we achieve outstanding results that enhance the lives of our clients and team members.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting software and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are essential.Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with year year-end audit request
  • Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
