Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Reporting to the Director of Fashion Design, menswear for the RW amp;CO. brand, the Lead Fashion Designer manages the development of our Menswear collection from concept to delivery, by creating and executing original, trend-appropriate design concepts that meet market needs and drive sales. You ensure the timely execution of each stage in the design process through your leadership of a design team. You will leverage your deep understanding of fashion trends, your solid artistic background, and your capability to shape our RW amp;CO. menswear brand aesthetic in line with our brand positioning strategic objectives.What you will do:
