Join us on our journey of growth!Job DescriptionAnalyst, Market AccessHybrid roleFull-time, PermanentReporting to the Director, Market Access, this position is to support the Teva Canada Innovated Products Market Access team towards optimizing the market potential for the Teva portfolio.

  • Support the MA team in developing and implementing robust pricing and reimbursement strategies;
  • Actively support the management of Market Access related invoices in close collaboration with the Finance team
  • Ensure the systematic monitoring, tracking and assessment of the MA external environment for new health policies, pricing & reimbursement data/status, new regulations, submission requirements, and reimbursement criteria for TCI compounds and their competitors, and inform TCI colleagues to build MA knowledge in the organization;
  • Gather multi-source business intelligence data for the TCI portfolio, relevant comparators and conduct various qualitative/quantitative MA analyses;
  • Gather and review new clinical and economic evidence to enrich MA strategies and value dossiers;
  • Participate in the development of new product submissions to HTA agencies, public/private payers (including clinical dossier, health economics models and budget impact analyses);
  • Participate in the review of submission material for input and quality assurance purposes;
  • Upon request, liaise with and provide specific guidance to external vendors;
  • Coordinate the preparation and filing of formulary submissions, so that they are complete and filed in due course, in compliance with specific requirements;
  • Actively support conducting quantitative analysis for the price increases process, and for submission and reporting to PMPRB
  • Participate in the analysis and resolution of MA opportunities/challenges;
  • Participate in MA meetings upon request;
  • Present on MA topics of interest at brand team and sales meetings upon request;
  • Organize and participate in internal MA educational sessions upon request;
  • Assist the MA team in liaising with public/private payers, pricing bodies, government officials and HTA agencies, patients associations and advocacy groups, academic experts, and other stakeholders;
  • In collaboration with the MA team and medical/marketing leads, actively support the MA product or portfolio leading the interactions with patient associations for the management of all sponsoring requests, and submit all sponsorship requests for approval;
  • Support and coordinate MA projects management to ensure their timely execution;
  • Attend MA congress/conferences to stay abreast of new developments and for professional development purposes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor in Sciences
  • M.Sc or DESS with major in pharmacoeconomics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of TCI portfolio and regulatory aspects (an asset)
  • Bilingual (French/English) oral and written
  • Computer proficiency (Office suite)
