They maintain an efficient and organized restaurant through managing guest flow, maximizing seating capacity and communicating with all employees. THE DAY to DAY
  • You warmly greet guests and effectively manage restaurant flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • You have a proven ability to make decisions and empower others.
  • You take ownership and communicate with Servers, Bartenders and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant.
  • Your escort guests to their table, engaging them in conversation and seat them accordingly.
  • You are accurately take and confirm reservations over the phone and in person, modify guest status in Open Table.
  • Develop a briefing sheet before each shift that will inform co-workers of shows/concerts, special events and NBs.
  • You we are fanatical about cleanliness and so are you
  • Know all table numbers and maintain awareness of which servers are in each section.
  • You #39;re a team player and open to other duties as assigned or required.
