Job Description

Job DescriptionAs aProject Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace projects. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Project Coordination: Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in our projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service and acting as a bridge between the clients and our organization, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  3. Workload Definition: Clearly define project workloads, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a structured approach to project management.
  4. Financial Oversight: Take charge of financial aspects by managing project P amp;L and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  5. Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  6. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, continuously striving to exceed client expectations.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive status updates and workload assessments to the executive team, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  8. Procurement Management: Oversee procurement activities and necessary supplier relationships within the defined budgetary framework, optimizing resource allocation.
  9. Team Performance and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
