Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Enjoy weekends and public holidays off as well as break during the Christmas period! Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all existing and new customers ensuring their orders are processed in a timely manner
• Provide effective leadership of branch employees and assist with their training and development
• Managementamp; booking of freight services
• Stock control
• Participate in colour tinting as required
• Ensure compliance with company policiesamp; procedures
• Follow strict WHS requirements, ensuring the safety of not only you but your staff and customers too

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing, encouragingamp; leading teams to excel in their roles is preferred however we are also open to those who may be ready to take that next step in their career
• A background in manufacturing, warehouse or logistic/operations with proven pick pack and stock control experience
• Knowledge of paints/coatings and paint tinting is an added bonus!
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
