Job Description

Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a Manager at our Agro Center in Nokomis, Saskatchewan.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at Local | Last Mountain Co-op.What you’ll do:Reporting to the General Manager, the Nokomis Agro Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the location including sales, margins, expenses inventory and budget. With a drive to learn and grow professionally, this position will develop trusted relationships with local customers and contractors to support their and building project needs. The Location Manager will support leading the day-to-day operations along with the additional responsibilities as follow:

  • Provide leadership to the team including supporting training programs and team member development
  • Promote high level customer satisfaction and develop relationships through trust, service, and integrity
  • Responsible for managing and tracking inventory and bookings, completing claims and invoices
  • Work to achieve efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

  • You have a grade 12 at a minimum
  • You have 2 to 3 years management experience
  • You’re familiar with agricultural and petroleum-based products
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
