Accommodation is available, upon request, for candidates participating in the recruitment process.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of the Surface Operations Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Healthamp; Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

  • Works closely with all departments to support planning, scheduling and provide guidance for surface operational priorities;
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects;
  • Responsible for managing the coordinated work and establishing priorities with personnel to ensure minimal interruptions to the operation;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis;
  • Apply Management of Change (MoC) principles to modification and any material changes to the physical environment;
  • Review time cards and sign, date and code accordingly – ensuring data is accurate in SIMS and appropriately reconcilable for audit purposes consistent with SOX.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the mining or construction industry;
  • Valid G license with a clean driving abstract.

  • Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
