  • Representing the company at trade shows, promotional campaigns, and other events
  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads from customer interactions
  • Maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Responding to customer questions about products and services with an emphasis on sales opportunities
  • Providing detailed product information to drive purchasing decisions
  • Developing positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty
  • Personalizing interactions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business, communications, or related fields
  • Professional experience in customer service, sales, communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Ability to identify issues, find solutions, and efficiently resolve customer complaints
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management
  • Full-time availability
  • Comfortable with in-person work and willing to commute to the office daily
