Join us to be part of a supportive and dynamic team where your professional growth and personal fulfillment are our priorities.Job Responsibilities:As a Life Insurance Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for calling leads provided by the company, presenting insurance programs, and enrolling clients in the appropriate plans to ensure their protection. You are expected to see at least four clients per day and aim to enroll at least one client daily to meet performance standards.Compensation and Benefits:Understanding your compensation is crucial. We offer two types of contracts:

  1. Personal Production Contract: You can earn a commission of 50-60% on sales. For example, with an average sale of $1,200, you would earn a $600 commission per sale. This translates to a potential income of $3,000 per week or $150,000 annually.
  2. Leadership Contract: By mentoring up to five team members, you can earn additional income. You would receive approximately 25% of the commission from each team member’s sales.
In addition to a lucrative compensation structure, we offer union benefits which include healthamp; life insurance. Starting in your second year, you will also earn residual income, which can be vested for life after ten years with the company.Work Environment:This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home. While full-time commitment is required, you have the flexibility to set your own hours. There are no travel requirements, so you can achieve success entirely from your home office.Experience and Qualifications:We require a minimum of one year of sales experience in any field. An HLLQP certificate is mandatory to legally sell life insurance in Canada. The key skills we seek include coachability, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to achieve and exceed goals.Training and Development:We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be paired with a successful mentor who will guide you through your journey.
