Job DescriptionMissionJoin our new Building Electromechanical Engineering team in Saguenay. As a project manager in building electromechanical engineering, you will participate in the development of our new team in Saguenay, develop new market shares and participate in the design and delivery of projects in the healthcare, education and research, culture, sports, and leisure sectors.You will be involved and assume various responsibilities in regional, provincial, and national projects of small, medium, and large scale. You will collaborate with the other members of your highly qualified team to develop solutions adapted to clients’ needs. Based on a local approach with our clients, your leadership will support the growth of CIMA+’s team in Saguenay.You will participate in all the delivery phases of projects that will transform the face of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, and will enjoy a hybrid work model (telework, field and office work).Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in business development to secure market shares in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.
  • Maintain contact with clients and business partners.
  • Design varied and complex projects.
  • Prepare drawings and specifications.
  • Attend design and field meetings.
  • Participate in work supervision activities.
  • Estimate construction costs and quantities in compliance with standardized methods and established drawings and specifications.
  • Perform studies and draft technical reports.
  • Coordinate the work of engineers, technicians and draftspersons assigned to projects.
