• Ce poste nécessitera de travailler sur des contrats majeurs, notamment les contrats clients, les contrats de ventes, les contrats d #39;approvisionnement de matérielles, les contrats de distribution et les licences.
• Conseiller sur des questions telles que le droit réglementaire, le droit immobilier et le droit de l #39;environnement, assurer la conformité des opérations.
• Fournir des conseils juridiques commerciaux pratiques dans un environnement au rythme rapide et en constante évolution

EXIGENCES

• Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec ou d #39;un autre barreau canadien
• Plus de 8 années d #39;expérience en droit commercial général auxquelles le candidat a eu l #39;occasion de travailler sur une variété de questions juridiques.
• Expérience préalable à l’interne d’une grande organisation ou dans un grand cabinet d #39;avocats, en particulier dans le secteur manufacturier.
• Expérience dans la négociation, la rédaction, et la gestion d #39;un grand nombre de contrats commerciaux, y compris, mais sans s #39;y limiter, des contrats d #39;approvisionnement, de financement, de vente / marketing.
• Solides compétences organisationnelles; capacité multitâche et de gérer un grand volume de questions.
• Indépendant, fort sens des affaires et compétences en leadership et en gestion des risques.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.

• This position will require the incumbent to work on contracts, including customer contracts, product sales contracts, raw materials supply contracts, distribution contracts, and licences.
• Advise on a wide variety of issues, ensuring compliance across operations and dealing with issues in regulatory law, real estate law, and environmental law.
• Provide practical legal commercial advice in a past paced and ever evolving environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Member in good standing with the Barreau du Québec or another Canadian bar
• Minimum of 7+ years of general commercial law experience through which the candidate has had the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters.
• Prior in-house counsel experience or experience in a top tier law firm, particularly in manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, contracts for procurement, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage a large volume of varied matters.
• Independent, strong business acumen, risk management skills and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
