Job Description

Sous la direction du responsable chambre des patrons, cette individu créera divers patrons reliés à nos produits de ligne de mousse. Cette individu travaillera avec l’équipe de production afin de réaliser un produit exceptionnel qui correspond à ce que le client demande. Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à:

  • Analyser les croquis des dessins techniques afin d’assurer la faisabilité de la coupe et la réalisation du produit.
  • Dessiner un patron exécutable et proportionnel au croquis.
  • Assurer que les détails et les exigences du client soit respectées.
  • Rédiger les notes de spécifications et les lignes directrices de chaque échantillon pour la production.
  • Effectuer les corrections et modifications appropriées sur les dimensions, mesures et spécifications.
  • Fournir l’information au bureau des commandes et la production.
  • Tenir à jour la liste du déroulement du travail.
Exigences minimales:
  • DEP en dessin industriel ou équivalent dans un domaine connexe.
  • 2 années d’expérience en création de patrons, dessin industriel, AutoCAD et DXF.
  • Connaissance des applications Microsoft Office et les outils informatique (ERP).
  • Bilingue

Position: Design TechnicianReporting to the Pattern Room Manager, this individual will create various patterns related to our foam line products. This individual will work with the production team to yield an exceptional product that encompasses what the client envisioned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Analyze sketches from technical drawings to ensure their feasibility in terms of cutting and product realization.
  • Draw an executable pattern that corresponds to the sketch.
  • Follow precise product specifications and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain notes and guidelines for each sample for the production team.
  • Make appropriate corrections and modifications related to the dimensions, measures and specifications.
  • Provide information to the order desk and production team.
  • Keep up with the production schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
  • DEP in design or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in pattern making, industrial drafting, AutoCAD and DXF.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
  • Bilingual
