Job Description

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our offices in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world. S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance. The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative and organizational services and support to the VP of Sales. In this role, you will work independently utilizing business knowledge, experience, and administrative expertise to deliver value and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Providing executive summaries in preparation of key meetings
  • Providing regular reports of key operational metrics
  • Providing regular reports of key market indicators and trends
  • Providing research on various matters
  • Scheduling, creating the agenda, and recording minutes for Directors #39; meetings
  • Managing the recordkeeping of the organization #39;s contracts commitments, and obligations
  • Managing controlled documents
  • Managing corporate archives
  • Advising and auditing transactional filing in all businesses
  • Liaison with municipal, provincial and federal governments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years #39; experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently
  • Commitment and ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as legal or technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Initiative in problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Capable of adapting to and learning new software applications
  • Solid math skills
  • Positive and co-operative team player
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
