The majority of our clients are Fortune 1000 companies and trust Delbridge Solutions as a partner to support their business processes.Marketing Campaign ManagerAs a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our annual demand marketing campaigns aligned with the Delbridge GTM strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of omnichannel marketing and the ability to drive cohesive, brand-consistent, compelling campaigns across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities

  • Annual Planning and Strategy Development: Create and oversee the annual plan for demand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Delbridge GTM strategy.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to define campaign messaging, target markets, buying personas, and behaviours.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Develop clear measurement plans and KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Routinely report on performance results, optimization strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Own the planning and management of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
Skillsamp; Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Campaign Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or ABM marketer.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in budget management and performance reporting.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
