Job Description

Project Coordinator On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Project Coordinator. Project Coordinator – Job Description

  • Supporting the annual vacation bid process for our Contact Centre agents, you will help the workforce management team ensure that the bid process runs smoothly and finishes on time
  • To facilitate this, you will monitor the schedule of agents and completion statuses, answer vacation bid questions, and assist in alerting team leaders when necessary to keep the process running smoothly and ensuring that the process is on track to complete in the planned timeframe
  • This role will require close collaboration with the project team and with business leaders, so clear communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate are critical
Project Coordinator – Mandatory Skills
  • Experience working in a Contact Centre environment and/or using scheduling software (IEX) is an asset
  • Experience using Chat and Excel for providing reporting updates is required
