Our people are expected to be thought leaders and subject matter experts in the B2B eCommerce space.About The RoleWe #39;re launching GoBizzy.ca, a new eCommerce platform tailored for Canadian SMBs, home based workers and consumers. As the hands-on GM for the new business , you #39;ll work with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Analytics, IT, Merchandising, Pricing, and Supply Chain to drive GoBizzy #39;s rapid growth. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations, devising, and deploying revenue growth strategies, enhancing the customer experience, shaping future marketing initiatives, developing a product roadmap, and continuously enhancing the end-to-end offering.This role will report directly to the Director, Information Technology.What You Bring To The TableThe position requires a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices. You have expertise in digital marketing tactics ranging on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You have a data-driven mindset and use various data sources (such as Google Analytics, Trends, Search Console or similar) to understanding the market, its personas, and their behaviours, and ultimately achieving business objectives.You also love to build products. You have successfully partnered with IT to develop new eCommerce features, engaged Merchandising to fill digital shelves with products that sell, and collaborated with Pricing to ensure competitive pricing strategies. Your ability to think strategically, coupled with your hands-on approach to problem-solving, allows you to navigate complex challenges and drive continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing market dynamics and leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.Education Requirements: College or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and/or real-world experience starting and growing an online business.Required Experience 3-5 years’ experience in an eCommerce environment with digital marketing experience including performance marketing, conversion optimization, attribution, and/or online customer acquisition. Can demonstrate expertise in driving online growth across various digital channels. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Thorough understanding of performance platforms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, Social and Programmatic media. Demonstrated expertise in executing integrated marketing campaigns. Able to work with a cross functional team and provide digital strategies for continuous growth and Customer experience improvement. Exceptional leadership skills. Experience creating digital marketing programs in complex, multi category, B2B environments. Fluid organization agility (the ability to learn, understand and navigate an organization at the upper to lower levels). Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) skills and able to present complex topics). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions. English (Bilingual French would be an asset).Where will I workOur head-office is in Vaughan, ON. We work from the office 3 days per week.
