Job Description

Further information is available at www.mcicoach.com.POSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient daily administration of invoicing, cash posting, filing, contract compliance and other issues related to accounts receivables for the New Flyer and MCI businesses.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Run auto invoicing on a daily basis.
  • Prepare required manual invoices.
  • Post customer payments for both private and public sales
  • Maintain contract spreadsheets (buses open) daily with information on price, payment terms, discounts, contract spares, etc.
  • Assist with preparing Manufacturer #39;s Certificate of Origin and Certificates of Sale.
  • Assist in Reconciling customer accounts
  • Assist the Financial Collection Analyst and customers with accounts receivable and collection information
  • Assist Treasury team with required accounts receivable information and collection information.
  • Backup on various Accounts Receivable reports and month-end account reconciliations.
  • Maintain daily issue logs and review SRCR log for any items billed outside the bus price.
  • Perform other required administrative duties related to accounts receivable and contract compliance.
  • Provide support in any finance related initiative or projects, as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience preferred.
