Job Description

What You Will Do:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR will manage client interactions via phone, email and face-to-face while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and issues resolved satisfactorily
  • Update client information and ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years in client/customer-facing roles
  • Must be able to work/provide valid documentation to work in Canada
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments
Good to Know:
  • Remote to Toronto, ON
  • Both part-time and full-time available
  • Will not provide any letters or sponsorships for Canadian Permanent Residency
  • An asset to be fluent in multiple languages
  • Professional training and development will be provided for qualified candidates
