Individuals are called in as required when a permanent employee is absent. Bus Drivers are valuable members of the team who provide safe, efficient and punctual transportation of students. The duties of a Bus Driver are to: Support safe, positive environments for students.Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety.Provide supervision of students during transit and assist in supervision during boarding and unloading.Keep students on the bus until regular school supervision is provided.Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Transportation Manager and those listed in Job Description - Transportation: Bus Driver.The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications: Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalentA valid driver’s license withquot;S quot; endorsement.Clean drivers abstract.Interviews will be conducted upon application.
